2. Job responsibilities

Market development: In-depth research on the local lighting market in Europe or the United States, accurately target potential customer groups, including but not limited to lighting dealers, home building materials retailers, interior designers, commercial lighting project contractors, etc., and make every effort to expand sales channels and increase the market coverage and share of BBIER lighting brands.

Customer relationship management: Maintain high-frequency and efficient communication with customers, deeply understand customer needs, provide professional lighting product consultation and customized lighting solutions; properly handle customer feedback and after-sales matters, ensure customer satisfaction reaches the extreme, cultivate long-term and stable cooperative relationships, help customers grow their business, and achieve a win-win situation.

Sales target achievement: According to the factory’s annual and quarterly sales plan, formulate personal practical sales strategies and goals, actively promote the sales process of lighting products, and strive to complete or exceed the established sales performance indicators; regularly submit sales reports to the headquarters, accurately analyze market dynamics, competition and sales data, and provide key basis for marketing strategy adjustments.

Brand promotion: Actively participate in international lighting exhibitions, industry seminars, new product launches and other professional activities to fully demonstrate the unique charm and innovative concepts of BBIER lighting products; cleverly use online and offline multiple channels, such as social media, industry forums, local advertising resources, etc., to promote the brand image in all directions, enhance brand awareness and reputation, and make BBIER a hot word in the local lighting market.

III. Job requirements

Professional qualities: Have deep knowledge of the lighting industry or rich sales experience, familiar with the types, characteristics, production processes and application scenarios of lighting products; have a keen insight into the trends, standards and consumer preferences of the European or American lighting market, and can accurately grasp the pulse of the market and lead the sales direction.

Business development ability: Those who have excellent market development and customer development capabilities and have accumulated certain business resources and connections in the target area will be given priority; they are good at business negotiations and communication and coordination, and can easily handle complex business situations, promote cooperative transactions, and achieve good sales results.

Language ability: Applicants for European sales agents must be proficient in English, and those who are proficient in one of the mainstream European languages ​​such as German, French, and Italian are preferred; applicants for American sales agents must be proficient in English at the native level, and can communicate business matters fluently in authentic American English and write standardized business documents.

Teamwork spirit: Although most of the work is remote, it is necessary to work closely with various departments of the factory headquarters to seamlessly connect products, logistics, after-sales and other links; be willing to share market information, actively participate in team online meetings and training, and jointly build a united and efficient international sales team.
