Is LED light really that magical?

In 1960, Maiman in the United States invented the first ruby laser, which was used for the treatment of retinal holes and tumors. It has been widely used in various clinical departments, such as ophthalmology, ENT, stomatology, neurosurgery, general surgery, and dermatology , internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, etc., and achieved good therapeutic effects.
